How to book your dream wedding florist
Whats in a consultation.
What does our consultation look like? The initial wedding consultation is the first and most important step to the booking process. Having a discussion about your vision is vital to our understanding.
During our initial consultation, in person at your favorite coffee shop or via zoom. We have a list of questions to help us cover all the bases; locations, time, other vendors , guest count, etc.
We pride ourselves in creating cohesive and magical events. From considering what flowers will complement the stationary sets, to considering the color of your wedding shoes, no detail is too small. Inspiration images are important, we love to use them as a jumping off point. Together we can create custom concepts and ideas to fit your wedding vibe.
Meetings typically last 45 minutes.
Okay, now what?
After our initial consultation, we will take what we discussed and create pricing options. These options are based on your inspirations images, the season, your budget and location. We create custom floral recipes for each wedding to determine how to best utilize each couples budget. Over all impact is one of the most important elements to create magical events. After your wedding consultation you will receive an email with notes on your colors, and theme. It includes simple descriptions of floral designs, types of flowers that we intend to use. We offer pricing tier options for each item. Including suggestions on where floral designs will create the most impact. Ultimately, you pick what options fit your wedding the best!
To book your wedding with Peach Moon Floral, we require a retainer fee of $200. This fee counts towards your final balance, however the retainer fee is Non-refundable.
After your retainer fee is received, we create a mood board with those inspiration images, venue pictures, and some flowers that we intend to include. You also receive your wedding contact detailing all the items and elements we will provide for your wedding day. Look over this contract and make sure we have all your details and item counts correct. We can make any changes need until 1 month before your wedding day.
Final payment and contract signature are due no later than, 1 month before your wedding date.
We work on the sidelines until wedding week! We are always here for any questions or updates.
Wedding week, we check in and finalize set up times and locations.
